FailSafe is Bearing's AI-driven simulation, developed over three years with MUTI Live and now at prototype stage. It puts individuals and teams inside the decisions of a complex live event or incident, then gives structured, evidence-based feedback on how they performed.

How it works
- People work through a five-stage simulation.
- Scenarios escalate and branch depending on the choices they make.
- An AI feedback engine reads their responses across five dimensions: how well they identified risk, how appropriate their mitigation was, decision timing, team alignment, and capacity to reflect.
- The result is a capability profile showing where decision-making is strong and where it needs work.
